The unveiling of the statue was conducted by Colonel Victor Leslie, Territorial Commanders and assisted by Colonel Rose-Marie Leslie, The Territorial President for Women Ministries and other notable leaders.

“This statue should be a symbol of hard work and selfless sacrifice that was seen in the founders and not to be worshiped as they that worship God must do it in Spirit and in truth” said Col. Victor Leslie

Members of the organization and friends were also present at venue to witness the new feat.

The statue which was funded by Friends Of Officers Training College (FOOTCOL) is located at the entrance of The Officers Training College compound.
